Delivery status API

Check whether any message was delivered, from your own software.

What it is

Every message you send through the API has an ID. Ask for that ID at any time and you get its status: queued, sent, delivered, failed or rejected. Your system can then retry, alert a person or update a customer record.

How it works

Send a message

Keep the message ID from the answer.

Ask for the status

Request the status address with that ID.

Act on the result

Show it to your customer, retry or log it.
